Service Description

December 1st & December 15th 1:30-2:30pm Join us for some exciting Art Lessons designed specifically for children aged 6 and up! In this engaging program, young artists will have the opportunity to explore a variety of mediums, concentrating on one medium every month. These include graphite pencil, acrylic paint, watercolor, ceramics, and more. All tools and materials will be provided, ensuring a hassle-free and inspiring experience. Throughout the lessons, our experienced art instructors will guide students through step-by-step lessons, encouraging creativity, self-expression, and artistic growth. Each medium will be introduced through fun and interactive demonstrations, allowing children to discover their unique artistic style and develop new skills. Our lessons will cover a range of topics, concentrating on one every month, including: 1. Graphite Pencil: Learn the fundamentals of drawing, shading, and sketching, while exploring various subjects like still life, landscapes, and portraits. 2. Acrylic Paint: Discover the vibrant world of acrylics, exploring color mixing, brush techniques, and composition to create stunning paintings. 3. Watercolor: Dive into the translucent beauty of watercolor, mastering washes, wet-on-wet techniques, and creating delicate landscapes and vibrant illustrations. 4. Ceramics: Experience the tactile joy of working with clay, learning hand-building techniques, sculpting, and glazing to create unique ceramic pieces. In addition to these core mediums, our workshop may include additional activities such as printmaking, collage, and mixed media projects, providing a well-rounded art education. This workshop is tailored to accommodate homeschool schedules, with small class sizes to ensure individual attention and a supportive learning environment. Students will not only develop their artistic skills but also enhance their critical thinking, problem-solving, and fine motor skills. Cancellation Policy

Please note we require 48 hours notice for workshop cancellation and will provide credit only. Same day re-schedule requests will incur a $15 fee. No refunds.
