Service Description
Turn a nostalgic childhood favorite into a fun, functional ceramic keepsake! In this handbuilding workshop, you'll create your own Paleta Payaso-inspired ceramic plate from clay. Learn the basics of slab building while shaping your plate and bringing the iconic marshmallow treat to life with playful details, expressive features, and your own creative style. Whether you keep it classic or give it a unique twist, every piece is sure to be one of a kind. This workshop is beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you through each step of the process. No prior clay experience is needed! Just come ready to create, laugh, and get your hands dirty. After your plate is complete, we'll glaze and kiln-fire your artwork. Your finished ceramic piece will be ready for pickup in approximately 4–6 weeks, making it a fun serving plate, decorative display piece, or a sweet handmade gift.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will gladly issue full studio credit that can be used toward a future workshop. No refunds. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are still eligible for full studio credit; however, a $15 rescheduling fee will apply. No-shows are not eligible for studio credit. To cancel or reschedule, you may: • Email us at handsinartstudio@gmail.com • Log into your member account on our website to reschedule yourself Rescheduling: Same day re-schedule requests can be made for a $15 fee. Arrivals: We'll begin no later than 7 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we'll need to reschedule your session so you have enough time for all workshop steps. A $15 rescheduling fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding. It helps us make sure every participant gets the best possible experience.
