Cancellation Policy
We know schedules can be tricky, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping workshops running smoothly for everyone. Here’s what to know before you book: Cancellations: Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel. We’ll provide studio credit for a future workshop. (No refunds, thank you for understanding!) Rescheduling: Same-day reschedule requests can be made for a $15 fee. Firing & Damages: Not all ceramic pieces are guaranteed to fire successfully. There are multiple factors outside our control that can sometimes cause issues in the kiln. While this is extremely rare, Hands In Art Studio is not responsible for damage due to technical difficulties. In the unlikely event that your piece is damaged, we’ll provide you with a new pottery piece to glaze in-studio as compensation. We appreciate your understanding. It helps us make sure every participant gets the best possible experience.
