Experience pottery in a whole new way - with Sip & Spin at Hands in Art Studio! Our Sip & Spin class is the perfect introduction to the pottery wheel for those who don't have any experience. Our ceramist will provide hands-on guidance as you create your own unique piece. All the tools you need are provided, and you can even BYOB to make the experience even more fun and relaxing. You'll even get to glaze your favorite project to be fired and picked up in about 4-6 weeks - it's a de-stressing workshop that everyone is welcome to enjoy!

Cancellation Policy
We know schedules can be tricky, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping workshops running smoothly for everyone. Here’s what to know before you book our pottery wheel workshops: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will gladly issue full studio credit that can be used toward a future workshop. No refunds. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are still eligible for full studio credit; however, a $15 rescheduling fee will apply. No-shows are not eligible for studio credit. To cancel or reschedule, you may: • Email us at handsinartstudio@gmail.com • Call or text 956-605-9393 • Log into your member account on our website to reschedule yourself Rescheduling: Same-day reschedule requests can be made for a $15 fee. Arrivals: Since this is a two-part class, we’ll begin no later than 7 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule your session so you still have enough time for both the pottery wheel and glazing portion of our workshop. A $15 re-scheduling fee will apply. Firing & Damages: Not all ceramic pieces are guaranteed to fire successfully. There are multiple factors outside our control that can sometimes cause issues in the kiln. While this is extremely rare, Hands In Art Studio is not responsible for damage due to technical difficulties. In the unlikely event that your piece is damaged and not usable/displayable, we’ll provide you with a new pottery piece to glaze in-studio as compensation. Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of this workshop, our current turnaround time for finished pottery pieces is approximately 4–6 weeks. While we occasionally complete pieces sooner, busy seasons such as holidays, field trips, camps, and high-volume events can extend processing times. We keep our estimated lead time on the longer side so we can set realistic expectations and hopefully surprise you with an earlier pickup notification rather than disappoint you with delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding while our team carefully finishes each piece by hand. We appreciate your understanding. It helps us make sure every participant gets the best possible experience.
